This platform is strictly for individual adults aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. zze122 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate any account that fails to meet this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading details — including name, date of birth, and payment information — may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential.
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notifying zze122 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Logging out of all devices after each session, especially on shared devices.
Zze122 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security responsibilities outlined above.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the zze122 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to exploit any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering activities through the platform.
- Sharing your account or transferring account ownership to another party.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from zze122.
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
A breach of any of the above rules grants zze122 the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and, where necessary, pursue appropriate legal action.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the zze122 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits that have been processed and credited to an account are final. Cancellation requests made after a successful deposit will not be entertained. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method — FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, or bank transfer.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. zze122 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding a specified limit.
Any withdrawal attempt using a third-party account will be declined and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Zze122 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any implied or express warranties.
Zze122 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of terms, unusual activity, or at the request of law enforcement. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to any refund of remaining balances.
All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the zze122 platform are the exclusive property of zze122 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. zze122 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Zze122 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
